WHAT WE OFFER
Depending on client requirements, experts can be deployed for long or short term assignments, either in teams or individually. World Response is uniquely positioned to support Global Fund recipients in their efforts to:
- Develop procurement strategies
- Develop procurement and supply management plans, or "PSM Plans"
- Conduct needs-assessments for capacity building
- Develop strategies and plans for technical assistance
- Navigate through Global Fund bureaucracy
- Provide other types of technical assistance and capacity building
However, World Response's expertise may also be contracted for assignments which are not specifically linked to the Global Fund, including:
- Policy analysis and development
- Access to medicines advocacy
- Monitoring and evaluation of procurement performance
- Management information systems design for health care, procurement warehousing and distribution
- Training and workshops
- Warehouse design
- Product range analysis
